Chlo'e's facilitation and training style sits at the intersection of healing, leadership, community wisdom, culture, and systems change. Rather than relying solely on presentations or traditional professional development models, she designs highly participatory learning experiences that blend storytelling, reflection, dialogue, movement, strategy, relationship-building, and practical action.
Her approach is grounded in healing justice, trauma-informed and healing-centered engagement practices, restorative principles, community-based learning, Black cultural traditions, faith-informed leadership, and adult learning theory. Participants are invited not only to gain new knowledge, but also to explore how their experiences, relationships, values, and environments shape the way they lead, learn, and contribute to change.
Whether working with nonprofit leaders, educators, advocates, public servants, faith communities, youth, or movement organizations, Chlo'e creates spaces that are thoughtful, engaging, reflective, and action-oriented. Participants often leave with new tools, deeper connections, greater clarity, and concrete strategies they can apply within their organizations, communities, and everyday lives.
Her facilitation style is especially known for helping groups navigate complex topics while maintaining humanity, curiosity, accountability, and hope.
We design and facilitate workshops, retreats, leadership programs, and learning experiences that help individuals and teams strengthen leadership skills, build sustainable practices, deepen self-awareness, and cultivate healthier ways of working and leading.
